We'll begin with a relaxed conversation about what you'd like to gain from your session. You'll have plenty of time to ask questions before we begin, and we'll guide you through the experience at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
👕 What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that helps you relax. For Reiki sessions, you remain fully clothed throughout your treatment.
🌸 Can I have Reiki during pregnancy?
Yes. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that many people choose to enjoy during pregnancy. It can help encourage relaxation, reduce stress and create a sense of calm for both mum and baby. If you're pregnant, simply let us know when booking so we can ensure you're comfortable throughout your session.
✨ How will I feel afterwards?
Many clients leave feeling calmer, lighter and more balanced. Some notice greater clarity, emotional release or a renewed sense of peace. Everyone experiences healing differently.
